We checked these prices on 7 November 2026 on HubFit's pricing page, the Branded App page and the HubFit help centre. Figures are in USD, excluding tax. HubFit's billing FAQ says every subscription price is in USD, and your bank converts the charge if your card is in another currency. Kahunas is our product. The comparison below says where HubFit costs less.
HubFit price per month, by plan
HubFit publishes four plan names. Ultimate then splits by client cap. Annual billing is a lower monthly rate, charged for the year.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual, per month | Client cap | What this plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 2 | iOS and Android app, training programmes, 5,000+ exercises, client messaging, wearable tracking, progress photos, body metrics, resource vault |
| Standard | $39 | $31 | Up to 50 | Nutrition and macros, check-in forms, habit coaching, questionnaires, onboarding flows, task management, resource collections, MCP |
| Premium | $69 | $55 | Up to 100 | Custom branding, group challenges, recipe books, smart meal planner, payments and packages, meal and workout AI, Autoflow events |
| Ultimate, up to 100 | $119 | $95 | Up to 100 | API and webhooks, workout studio, group chats, community forums, team members, broadcast messages, Autoflow templates, Zapier |
| Ultimate, up to 200 | $209 | $167 | Up to 200 | Same Ultimate features, higher cap |
| Ultimate, up to 300 | $289 | $231 | Up to 300 | Same Ultimate features, higher cap |
| Ultimate, up to 400 | $359 | $287 | Up to 400 | Same Ultimate features, higher cap |
| Ultimate, up to 500 | $419 | $335 | Up to 500 | Same Ultimate features, higher cap |
| Ultimate, 1,000+ | Not published | Not published | Dedicated tiers | HubFit says to ask via live chat or support@hubfit.com |
The pricing FAQ says annual billing is 20% off the monthly price. The dollar amounts on the same page are that 20% taken off, then rounded down to the nearest dollar: 39 × 0.8 = 31.2, published as $31; 69 × 0.8 = 55.2, published as $55; 119 × 0.8 = 95.2, published as $95. The same rounding produces $167, $231, $287 and $335 on the higher Ultimate bands. This article uses the published dollars. A clean 20% of $39 is $31.20. HubFit's page shows $31.
A year of Standard is $468 on monthly billing and $372 on the annual rate. Premium is $828 or $660. Ultimate up to 200 is $2,508 or $2,004. Promo codes apply to monthly plans, not annual ones.
Two published rules change the bill without changing the plan card. Archived or deleted clients do not count towards the cap, so a paused roster can stay on a smaller plan. A successful referral pays you $50 in credit, and the coach you refer gets a free month.
Monthly Standard ($39), Premium ($69), Ultimate at 100 clients ($119) and the Branded App add-on ($189) match the figures in our earlier guides. Those guides described Ultimate above 100 clients as per-client pricing. On 7 November 2026 the pricing page publishes fixed bands instead: $209 up to 200, $289 up to 300, $359 up to 400 and $419 up to 500. We also could not re-verify a 14-day trial length. The pricing page and the general help article offer the Free plan, with no card. The billing help article still refers to a trial period, and it does not state how many days that period lasts.
Do your clients pay for HubFit? The pricing FAQ says no. They pay what you charge for coaching, and nothing extra for the app.
Cost per client at the bottom and top of each band
HubFit does not publish a minimum client count on Standard, Premium or Ultimate. Free covers 1 and 2 clients, so the first client who needs a paid plan is client 3. Per-client figures below are the published price divided by that client count.
| Band | Monthly price | Per client at the bottom | Per client at the top |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free, 1 to 2 clients | $0 | $0.00 at 1 client | $0.00 at 2 clients |
| Standard, up to 50 | $39 | $39.00 at 1 client, or $13.00 at client 3 | $0.78 at 50 clients |
| Premium, up to 100 | $69 | $69.00 at 1 client, or $1.35 at client 51 ($69 ÷ 51 = $1.353) | $0.69 at 100 clients |
| Ultimate, up to 100 | $119 | $119.00 at 1 client | $1.19 at 100 clients |
| Ultimate, 101 to 200 | $209 | $2.07 at 101 clients ($209 ÷ 101 = $2.069) | $1.045 at 200 clients ($209 ÷ 200) |
| Ultimate, 201 to 300 | $289 | $1.44 at 201 clients ($289 ÷ 201 = $1.438) | $0.96 at 300 clients ($289 ÷ 300 = $0.963) |
| Ultimate, 301 to 400 | $359 | $1.19 at 301 clients ($359 ÷ 301 = $1.193) | $0.90 at 400 clients ($359 ÷ 400 = $0.8975) |
| Ultimate, 401 to 500 | $419 | $1.04 at 401 clients ($419 ÷ 401 = $1.045) | $0.84 at 500 clients ($419 ÷ 500 = $0.838) |
On the annual rate, Standard is $10.33 per client at client 3 ($31 ÷ 3) and $0.62 at 50. Premium is $1.08 at client 51 ($55 ÷ 51 = $1.078) and $0.55 at 100. Ultimate up to 200 is $1.65 at 101 clients ($167 ÷ 101 = $1.653) and $0.835 at 200 ($167 ÷ 200).
The same plans at 5, 25, 50, 100 and 200 clients:
| Clients | Cheapest plan that fits the cap | Cost | Per client | Plan with payments and the smart meal planner | Cost | Per client |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | Standard (cap 50) | $39 | $7.80 | Premium | $69 | $13.80 |
| 25 | Standard | $39 | $1.56 | Premium | $69 | $2.76 |
| 50 | Standard, at the cap | $39 | $0.78 | Premium | $69 | $1.38 |
| 100 | Premium, at the cap | $69 | $0.69 | Premium | $69 | $0.69 |
| 200 | Ultimate, up to 200 | $209 | $1.045 | Ultimate, up to 200 | $209 | $1.045 |
Three steps move the bill. Client 3 leaves Free and lands on Standard at $39/month ($13.00 per client, or $7.80 once you have 5). Client 51 leaves the $39 cap and lands on Premium at $69/month, a $30 rise. Client 101 leaves the $69 cap and lands on Ultimate at $209/month, a $140 rise. That third step is where HubFit stops being the cheap flat rate.
What you get on each plan
Free ($0, up to 2 clients)
You can start with no card. The plan covers the iOS and Android app, training programmes, a library of 5,000+ exercises, client messaging, wearable tracking, progress photos, body metrics and a resource vault. HubFit's wearables article covers Apple Health and Health Connect for steps, calories, sleep and heart rate. Two clients is the whole Free cap.
Standard ($39/month, up to 50 clients)
Standard adds nutrition and macros, check-in forms, habit coaching, questionnaires, onboarding flows, task management, resource collections and MCP. The pricing FAQ says MCP is on every paid plan, from Standard at $39/month, and connects the workspace to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Muse and Perplexity. You approve the changes the assistant makes. HubFit's FAQ says some of those assistants allow custom connectors on their own paid plans.
Standard does not include payments, custom branding, recipe books, the smart meal planner or meal and workout AI. Those sit on Premium.
Premium ($69/month, up to 100 clients)
Premium is the plan that runs a coaching business inside HubFit. It adds custom branding, group challenges, recipe books, the smart meal planner, payments and packages, meal and workout AI, and Autoflow events. The pricing FAQ describes Premium branding as your theme, name, headline and logo on the HubFit app, your pricing page and client emails.
At 50 clients, Premium is $1.38 per client. At 100 clients it is $0.69. If the client cap is the reason you would leave Standard, you can stay on Standard until client 51. If you sell packages or use the smart meal planner, Premium is the price from client 1.
Ultimate ($119 to $419/month)
Ultimate keeps Premium's features and adds an API and webhooks, a workout studio, group chats, community forums, team members, broadcast messages, Autoflow templates and Zapier. At 100 clients you pay $119/month for those extras, $50 above Premium, with the same 100-client cap. The cap then steps: $209 up to 200, $289 up to 300, $359 up to 400 and $419 up to 500.
HubFit does not publish a price past 500. The FAQ says dedicated tiers exist for 1,000+ clients, and you ask in live chat or by email to support@hubfit.com.
The teams article describes Owner, Admin and Standard roles. It does not publish a per-person fee or a headcount cap. Team members are an Ultimate feature on the pricing page. Billing and branding stay with the workspace owner.
Payments, nutrition, bookings and branding
Payments
Payments and packages are on Premium and Ultimate. HubFit uses Stripe Connect, creates a new Stripe account for the workspace, and does not let you attach an existing Stripe account. The packages article says payments go to that Stripe account and HubFit does not hold the funds. Clients cannot buy until Stripe has enabled charges.
HubFit's FitBudd comparison says Premium includes Apple Pay and Google Pay, nine currencies, and no HubFit transaction markup, so you pay Stripe's standard rate. The same claim is on HubFit's payments article (updated 9 October 2026, still live when we checked): no HubFit fee on top of Stripe's rate. HubFit does not publish Stripe's card rate on these pages. Stripe sets that rate. The billing FAQ says PayPal, local gateways and non-Stripe methods are not supported, and American Express is not accepted for HubFit's own subscription.
Package prices can be one-time, weekly or monthly, in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, CAD, NZD, NOK or CHF. You can add a 3, 7, 14 or 30 day trial on a subscription package, or an initial fee, not both.
Nutrition
Standard's pricing card says nutrition and macros. Clients can log food in the app, and a Cronometer connection can sync logs. The nutrition help article also describes a macros plan (a daily target, or targets split by meal) and a structured meal plan (up to 10 meal blocks, up to 4 options in each). HubFit does not say which subscription includes that structured builder.
Recipe books, the smart meal planner and meal AI are Premium features on the pricing page. The help article says the recipe database holds over 5,000 recipes, and the smart meal planner generates a plan from that database using a calorie goal, a macro split and optional diet filters. HubFit does not publish a million-food catalogue on these pages.
Bookings
HubFit's help centre does not list appointment booking, class timetables or session packs. Training has a calendar mode that places workouts on dates, and Autoflow schedules messages, resources and check-ins. The Zapier article's discovery-call example adds a client when someone books in Calendly. If you sell sessions by the hour, you still book them in another tool.
Branding inside the HubFit app
Premium custom branding puts your logo, brand name (25 characters) and colour on the client app, client emails, the public packages page, Stripe checkout and share cards. The custom branding article states the limit: the app remains HubFit on the App Store and Google Play, your logo replaces the HubFit logo in the sidebar after sign-in while the rest of the web interface stays HubFit-branded, and custom domains are not supported. You cannot host the client app or the packages page on your own domain.
The store-listed Branded App
A separate listing under your name is what clients search for when they already know your brand. Before we built the current Kahunas platform, we published over 10,000 white-label coaching apps to the App Store and Google Play. People find a store listing by your business name, and the icon on their phone is yours.
HubFit sells that listing as the Branded App. The white-label page prices it at $189/month on top of your HubFit plan, with no setup fee, and says HubFit builds and submits the iOS and Android apps, handles store review and the privacy policy, and keeps the feature set up to date. The page quotes 7 to 10 business days once your developer accounts are ready. You supply the logo, brand colour, app name, and your own Apple and Google developer accounts. HubFit states Apple charges $99 a year and Google Play charges $25 once.
A year of the add-on is $2,268. Add Apple's $99 and Google's $25 and year one of the store fees plus the add-on is $2,392, with your HubFit subscription on top. At 200 clients, Ultimate ($209) plus the Branded App ($189) is $398/month before those store-account fees.
That is a different product from Premium branding. Premium colours the shared HubFit app. The $189 add-on publishes a separate app under your name.
HubFit vs Trainerize vs Kahunas at 5, 25, 50, 100 and 200 clients
The table uses month-to-month software prices from each vendor's own pricing page, checked for Trainerize in our Trainerize pricing guide and recomputed here for HubFit and Kahunas. The Trainerize column includes the Stripe payments add-on ($10/month) and Advanced Nutrition ($20/month on Pro 5, $45/month from Pro 30). Standard Stripe card processing fees are excluded from every column. HubFit states it adds no markup on Stripe's rate. Kahunas takes 0% commission on your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, and the processors still charge their own fees.
| Clients | HubFit, payments and smart meal planner | Trainerize, plan + Stripe payments + Advanced Nutrition | Kahunas tier-gated seat pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | Premium $69. Standard is $39 if you skip payments and the smart meal planner. | $55. Pro 5 is $25, Stripe payments $10, Advanced Nutrition $20. | $25 for 5 seats. Excludes recipes, automations, leads, Zapier, roadmaps, Crew, team seats, exercise analysis, communities, education, challenges and branded app. |
| 25 | Premium $69. Standard at $39 still fits the 50-client cap. | $134. There is no Pro 25 band, so 25 clients sit on Pro 30 at $79, plus Stripe $10 and Advanced Nutrition $45. | $62.50 for 25 seats. Includes recipes, automations, leads, Zapier and roadmaps. Excludes Crew, team seats, exercise analysis, screen recorder, communities, education, challenges and branded app. |
| 50 | Premium $69. Standard at $39 is the cap if you do not need Premium features. | $190. Pro 50 is $135, plus Stripe $10 and Advanced Nutrition $45. | $100 for 50 seats. Includes Crew, exercise analysis, screen recorder and team seats. Excludes communities, education, challenges and branded app. |
| 100 | Premium $69, at the Premium cap. Ultimate is $119 if you need team, community, Zapier or the studio. | $275. Studio Plus (up to 500 clients) includes those add-ons and costs less than Pro 100 plus them ($280). | $150 for 100 seats. Includes communities, education and challenges. Excludes branded app and custom domain, which start at 200 seats. |
| 200 | Ultimate $209. Premium stops at 100 clients. | $275. Studio Plus still covers 200 clients and includes the add-ons. Pro 200 plus Stripe and Advanced Nutrition is $305. | $200 for 200 seats. Branded web app and custom domain included. No separate App Store or Google Play listing. |
Annual billing keeps the same order. Premium's annual rate is $55/month from 5 to 100 clients. Kahunas annual equivalents at these counts are $20, $50, $80, $120 and $160. Ultimate's annual rate at 200 clients is $167/month, $7 above Kahunas at $160.
Trainerize's Studio Plus branded app, included from $275/month, is the store listing in that column. HubFit's store listing is the $189 add-on on top of the HubFit column, so a 200-client coach who wants both Ultimate and a store listing pays $398/month before Apple and Google account fees.
Where HubFit is the better pick
Disclosure: Kahunas is our product. The limits below are ours.
HubFit is the better software bill when you want a flat price with payments and the smart meal planner and your roster sits between 28 and 100 clients. At 28 seats Kahunas is $70/month and Premium is $69. At 50 seats Kahunas is $100 and Premium is $69. At 100 seats Kahunas is $150 and Premium is $69. Stay on Standard, without in-app payments, and HubFit is cheaper from 8 clients ($40 on Kahunas, $39 on Standard) through 50.
HubFit is also the better pick if you want a $0 start for one or two clients. Kahunas has no free plan. New coaches get a 14-day trial, Stripe takes a card up front, and the minimum after that is 3 seats at $15/month. HubFit is the better pick if you want a team on one plan without a published per-person fee: team members are an Ultimate feature, while each non-archived Kahunas team member uses a seat, and team tools start at 50 seats. HubFit is the better pick if clients must find an app under your name in the App Store and Google Play. Kahunas does not publish a store listing.
Kahunas costs less when the roster is small and you want payments in the price. At 5 clients Kahunas is $25/month with nutrition, payments and check-ins included. Premium is $69, and Standard at $39 excludes payments and the smart meal planner. At 25 clients Kahunas is $62.50, $6.50 under Premium, and that quote includes recipes, automations and Zapier. From client 101, Ultimate at $209 sits above Kahunas at every count through 200: $151.50 at 101 clients, $200 from 134 clients (the 200-seat plan costs the same or less, so you keep the spare seats). At 200 clients the gap on software is $9/month, and Kahunas includes logo, colour and a custom domain at that tier. HubFit's store listing is another $189.
Kahunas limits:
- No free plan, a 3-seat minimum, and a card up front on the 14-day trial. A 3-month money-back guarantee follows the trial.
- No App Store or Google Play listing. From 200 seats the branded app installs from your link, with your logo and colour. Below 200 seats clients use the Kahunas app.
- Recipes and automations start at 25 seats. Crew, exercise analysis (in beta) and team seats start at 50. Communities, education and challenges start at 100. HubFit Premium includes group challenges at $69 for any roster up to 100.
- The calendar lets clients request a session, and you approve it. There is no public booking page. Team calendars start at 50 seats.
- Payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal at 0% Kahunas commission. You still pay the processor. HubFit is Stripe only.
If a flat $69 bill through 100 clients matters more than PayPal, a food catalogue beyond HubFit's 5,000 recipes, or labs and cycle tracking, HubFit is the rational pick. Price your own roster on Kahunas pricing, or start a 14-day Kahunas trial.

Does HubFit have a free plan or a free trial?
Yes, a free plan. It covers up to 2 clients and needs no card. The pricing page and the general help article do not state a separate trial length. The billing help article refers to a trial period without saying how many days it lasts. On 7 November 2026 those pages do not give a day count for any HubFit trial.
What is included in HubFit Premium?
Premium costs $69/month for up to 100 clients and adds custom branding, group challenges, recipe books, the smart meal planner, payments and packages, meal and workout AI, and Autoflow events on top of Standard. Payments, recipe books and the smart meal planner are not on the $39 Standard plan.
Does HubFit take a cut of client payments?
HubFit's own comparison page and payments article say there is no HubFit transaction markup, so you pay Stripe's standard rate. Payments are on Premium and Ultimate. HubFit creates a new Stripe account for you and does not support PayPal. HubFit does not publish Stripe's percentage on those pages.
How does HubFit compare with Trainerize on price?
At 5 clients, Trainerize Pro 5 plus Stripe payments and Advanced Nutrition is $55/month, and HubFit Premium is $69. From 25 clients the HubFit Premium bill stays at $69 while Trainerize is $134 (Pro 30 band), $190 at 50 (Pro 50) and $275 at 100 and 200 (Studio Plus, which includes those add-ons). HubFit Ultimate at 200 clients is $209, still under Studio Plus, before the $189 Branded App add-on.
What are the HubFit alternatives at 50 and 100 clients?
At 50 clients, Standard is $39/month if you can coach without in-app payments, and Premium is $69 if you need payments and the smart meal planner. At 100 clients Premium is $69, Kahunas is $150, and Trainerize Studio Plus is $275. Past 100 clients, HubFit Ultimate is $209 up to 200 and Kahunas is $200 at 200 seats.
How much is the HubFit white-label app?
The Branded App is $189/month on top of your HubFit plan, with no setup fee. HubFit's white-label page says the app goes live in 7 to 10 business days, and that Apple charges $99 a year and Google Play charges $25 once, paid on your own developer accounts. In-app logo and colour on the shared HubFit app are a Premium feature, not this add-on.
Do clients have to pay for the HubFit app?
No. HubFit's pricing FAQ says the app is free for clients. They pay the coaching price you set, and nothing extra to HubFit for the app.
