You always get the lowest priceIf a bigger plan costs the same or less, we bill the bigger plan and you keep the spare seats. With 45 clients you pay $100 a month for 50 seats, not $112.50 for 45.

Each active client takes a seat, including clients who haven't accepted their invite yet, and so does each team member who isn't archived. You, the owner, don't, and neither do leads or archived clients.
Because it can cost less. 45 seats at $2.50 would be $112.50 a month, but 50 seats cost $100, so we bill 50 and you can use the 5 spare seats straight away.
You get 14 days with every feature of the plan you choose, including its AI credits. Stripe takes your card when you sign up, shows the date of the first charge before you confirm, and charges nothing until the trial ends.
Yes, from Your plan in Kahunas. More seats, a higher tier or a switch to yearly start straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Fewer seats or a switch to monthly start at the end of the period, and you can't go below the seats you use.
You can't add more clients or team members yourself until you move to more seats, and Kahunas offers that move when you try. Clients who buy one of your packages can always join, and your seats rise to cover them at your next renewal.
