Set the macros, build the meals, see what they actually ate
Meal plan software for coaches, with macro targets, meal swaps and over 1.5 million foods. Clients log in their app or scan a barcode, and you see each day against target.

A meal plan in a PDF can't tell you what they ate.
You design the plan in Canva, export it and send it on WhatsApp. They log food in another app, if they log at all, and send screenshots on Sunday night. You add up the macros by hand, chase the ones who went quiet and redo the PDF every time something changes.
- Typing macros by handEvery food in the plan means looking up calories and macros, then adding up each meal and the day yourself.
- Screenshots instead of dataFood diaries arrive as screenshots from another app, so nothing adds up across the week.
- Silence until check-in dayYou find out a client stopped logging on Tuesday when they check in the following week.
The plan and the food log, in one app. With the maths done for you.
Change the goal and the targets follow. Then they're split across the day's meals.

Worked out the way the calculator in your builder does it: Mifflin–St Jeor, 2 g of protein per kg of body weight and carbs as a share of calories. The deficit or surplus starts at 5% and goes up to 30%, and adding a body fat percentage switches the estimate to Katch–McArdle.

Each client's Nutrition page shows their week against target: calories, protein, carbs, fat and water, every day marked complete or in progress, and the foods they log most and least.
- Every day against the targets you set
- Water against their daily target
- Their most and least logged foods

Every meal they logged, food by food.
Open any day to see each meal, every food with its portion, and calories and macros against that day's target. Show micronutrients when you need the detail.
- Each macro as a percentage of target
- Portions exactly as they logged them
- Micronutrients one click away
Logging that takes seconds, not a second app.
Clients search the database, scan a barcode or pick from their favourites and recent foods. Prescribed foods are already in each meal, so logging a planned meal takes one tap.
- Barcode scanner built into the app
- Favourites and suggestions from their history
- Planned meals logged in one tap
