Coach around the cycle, when your client chooses to share it
Menstrual cycle tracking built into your client's app. They log periods, symptoms and energy privately, and decide whether you see period dates, wellbeing or nothing at all.

- Cramps 2 days · Fatigue 3 daysEnergy avg 2.6 over 5 logged days
What the client logged during this check-in's dates, shown with their current sharing choice. Nothing inferred.
Some weeks, the numbers don't tell you why.
A client's weight jumps, their energy dips and a session they owned last month suddenly feels hard. Without the full picture you cut calories or push harder, and they feel judged. It isn't something every client wants to raise in a check-in, and their period app is somewhere you can't see.
- Plans changed for the wrong reasonA heavier week or a harder session looks like a setback, so you change a plan that was working.
- An awkward question to askAsking about periods in a check-in can feel intrusive, so the question often never gets asked.
- Their cycle lives in another appWhat they log in a period app never reaches you, even when they'd happily share it.
Tracking that's private by default. Shared only when your client says so.

Clients can change their status any time in Cycle settings, and switching never widens what you can see.
Menstrual cycle tracking that takes a few taps.
Clients log period days and spotting, then rate their energy, pick symptoms and how much each one affected them, and add their mood and a private note.
- Next-period estimates from their own history
- Logs save offline and sync later
- Reminders that never mention their cycle
Quick check-innowReminders say “Quick check-in”, so nothing about your cycle shows on your lock screen.
Private from the moment they turn it on.
Clients pick what fits, from natural periods to hormonal birth control, and can skip the last period date if they're not sure. Tracking starts private, and sharing with you is a separate choice.
- Private is the default
- Estimates never assume a 28-day cycle
- Pregnancy pauses tracking
You see only what they choose to share.
In Cycle settings clients choose Private, Period dates, or Period dates + wellbeing. When they share, you get a read-only Cycle tab, a Cycle tile on their Overview and a Cycle card on each check-in.
- Narrowing it removes your access straight away
- Read-only, so their log stays theirs
- Private notes are never shared
