Train on your own: at home or commercial gym. Train on your own time. The workouts will be the same that we are completing in the group training classes. The plan includes 6 workouts (Mon-Saturday) to be completed for 3 weeks. The workouts on the App will be versions of the same exercises we do in the class with me. Some exercises will be modified so it can be done at your typical commercial gym. For example, a sumo squat instead of tire flips. The workouts will be one week behind the workouts we complete in person.
