Aesthetic chest, shoulders, back & arms and developed legs (no chicken legs).

This program is designed to bring out all the above and this is the exact programming layout I used to help build my current physique, only switching one thing at the end of my prep and that was combining lats with posterior training.

This programming allows for each muscle group to be hit twice across the week while also using smart exercise selection so that you can maximise recovery between sessions.
