Monthly Glute Coaching gives you a personalised coaching plan tailored towards your individual goals, implementing the same techniques Gary is currently using for his face-to-face client transformations.
Every four weeks, after a detailed check-in, you will receive a new program as you progress through more advanced and challenging exercises.
This is a three-month minimum transformation contract, with the option to continue monthly or upgrade to weekly or face-to-face coaching.
