One Time Payment
This is a 12-week fitness program for those that are somewhat familiar to fitness. This program includes 3 days of resistance training, 3 days of cardio/core, and stretching. The stretches need to be done every day, at a minimum once but optimally twice. The 12-week program will have you building on what you learned in the novice program (if you took the novice first) and will be building your base level of strength in the first 4 weeks, the second 4 weeks will be about building maximal strength and power, and the third 4 weeks you'll be working on hypertrophy training (muscle size and conditioning). The resistance training workouts should last ~60min, if there is an exercise you cannot perform let me know and I will make a modification for it. This program is a one-time purchase, you'll have access to it for 12 months. If you have any questions, get ahold of me and I'll do my best to answer them in a timely manner. During week 8 of the program, it would be beneficial for you to find your max so you can adjust your workouts based on your new maxes. Do this workout over as many times as you'd like, and you'll continue to get stronger and in better shape.
