                                            After consultation, a personalised strength training program will be created for YOU, to perform at home or in the gym of your choice. 
This plan will consider your goal, age, gender, medical and biomechanical limitations, available time, available equipment and individual circumstances.
You are able to update your personal metrics and progress photos and refer back to these any time on the app. 
You have access to the coach via whatsapp or the app messenger for questions or assistance. 
Your strength program can be adapted to take your circumstances and needs into account, because it is important that your training fits into your life.  
Progressions to your plan will be made based on your logged workout information and progress. 
Note: the success of any strength program is dependent on YOUR consistency and feedback. You will need to do the workouts dilligently and keep communicating with your coach. You bring your mindset and work ethic, and I will bring the plan to get you to your goal! Together we can make it happen!

                                            The 12 week Strong Woman Foundation program brings you a new perspective! 
There is no longer a focus on getting smaller, our focus is shifting to getting STRONGER. Our focus is to GAIN, not shrink.
This program will focus on developing full body muscle strength and mass. More muscle mass means:

                                            This program is intermediate level program for women who have completed their strength foundation and are ready to start building muscle mass on top of that excellent base!  This is a gym based program. 
It is anticipated that you know your way around the gym by now and know how to brace your core and use proper form on all the basic exercises. You should know what your 75% of max weight is for all the basic exercises.  We will use some more intermediate lifting techniques like TUT, drop sets and supersets. 
This is your first hypertrophy (muscle building) phase. From this point onward we are going to commence trying to gain as much muscle size andd strength as possible. This will not only have an aesthetically pleasing result, but will increase your BMR, increase your insulin sensitivity, increase bone density, and very importantly create a far more efficient fat burning platform, as muscle is the SINGLE greatest fat burner ever discovered!
