One Time Payment
This 8 week running conditioning course for the female athlete will help you strengthen and stabilise your core and pelvis, so that you can build better resilience as a runner. This means less risk of injury and the ability to perform better.
Your posture while running determines how the impact of each stride is absorbed by your body, and this will impact your running performance as well as your injury risk. Pelvic stability is also significant as the pelvis may be the most crucial structure for efficient, pain-free running, and a stiff, out-of-alignment pelvis can both cause and perpetuate nearly every leg injury.
When you sign up for this plan you will receive a downloadable booklet with the training program and an explanation of how your posture and pelvic stability affects your running. You will adddiionally be able to create and track your workouts in the app and make use of all the app functionality, such as tracking your health statistics, nutrition training progress.
