You’ll get a 3-Day Rotating Meal Plan with swaps, a low-stress training program, cycle support notes, and access to the SZN Vault with guides and resources. You can also log your own notes (blood results, cycle details, symptoms) and join live community updates inside the app.

Your 1st Trimester plan is designed to support you safely through the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Training focuses on circulation, mobility, gentle strength, and pelvic floor awareness — helping you manage fatigue, nausea, and early pregnancy changes while laying a strong foundation for the months ahead.

Your 2nd Trimester plan is designed to support you safely through Weeks 13–27 of pregnancy. Training shifts towards maintaining strength, supporting posture, and building back + glute stability while continuing core and pelvic floor connection. Energy often improves in this trimester — this plan helps you feel strong, confident, and supported as your bump grows.

Your 3rd Trimester plan is designed to support you safely through Weeks 28–40 of pregnancy. Training now focuses on functional strength, mobility, breathwork, and pelvic floor relaxation to prepare you for labour and recovery. Sessions are gentle, supportive, and adaptable to your daily energy levels, helping you stay strong, mobile, and calm as you approach birth.
