Our Initial 12 week plan includes personalised targets, account set up, 3 hour nutrition workshop video and accountability checks both daily and weekly. Once completed there is the option to join our continued accountability group which gives you access to weekly live Q&AS, on going group chat support and continuation of support to get to your goals. (initial programme must be completed first)
