2. One-time macros for your specific goal. (Adjusted only once per month if necessary)
3. Biweekly check-ins to assess your progress. (Your choice of phone call, zoom/facetime, or just messaging.)

Who this is for:
EVERYONE.
This package will put you on the "fast track" to reaching your health and fitness goals. That does not mean that it won't take time. Your transformation (both physically and mentally) is dependent on multiple things:
1. Your adherence to the nutrition and workout plans. We need you to be open and honest with us so we can help you reach your goals.
2. Your effort. A lot of people just go through the motions when it comes to fitness. We will teach you how to train effectively for optimal results.
3. Discipline. Most people don't have this. Motivation will only get you so far and it ALWAYS comes and goes. We will help you develop the discipline that you need to continue on your journey even after we are done working together.
