Learn to Lift is perfect for beginners who have never lifted weighs before, this 4 week program introduces you to the fundamentals of resistance training. Learning proper techniques, proper form and building a solid foundation before progressing into more advanced weight lifting routines. Learn to Lift is also used as a building block before transitioning into our Standard Coaching Program (Phase 1).
