You can send through any video footage of your training for feedback on movements.

Who is this coaching for?
Women. Women who have been training for a minimum of 6 months either in the gym or at home with a base amount of equipment. It is for women who want to get strong, work on their own personal goals and are ready to commit to themselves and step away from the fads for long term results. It is for women on their pregnancy journey whether that be trying to conceive (TTC), currently pregnant or in postpartum (PP). It is for women that have come up against many injuries with no resolution, I have helped many women out of needing minor surgeries by working on getting strong.

There is a minimum 16 week requirement as this allows for the minimum amount for me to really help guide you out of any past learnings, provide education to help catapult you forward to the best version of you.
