Customized monthly workout program. Program created based off of your Initial Questionnaire answers (your specific goals, your training history, your training frequency, etc.). The workouts are built around the equipment you have (box gym, small fitness studio, home, etc.). Gain strength, stamina, and improved health by training hard, smart, safe, and on YOUR SCHEDULE. 3-6 days of training per week. Weekly post-workout check-ins for progress evaluation and customized edits.
