Open to all fitness levels, this online plan is great for those needing a new challenging gym routine/accountability/a plan to follow or just to educate yourself more about health and exercise.
It includes online weekly check ins with myself with feedback to help you on your 8 week challenge. Adjustments made every 2nd week where required.
