There are no fads, no gimmicks, I am a true believer in eating healthy foods that support the relief of Perimenopause symptoms and a little bit of what you fancy does you good.
I’ve been through my Menopause so I understand the struggles, the symptoms and horrible toll hormones can play on the body and the female psyche! So there’s a lot of emotion gone into this too, it’s not just out of a text book. Honest!
