You’ll train using a 5-day split (adaptable to 3–5 days/week), track your progress in the app, and build a routine that actually holds when life gets busy.
You’ll also have access to coaching support, the community forum, and The Recharge Challenge: a 12-week accountability system for those who want to go all in.
This is not about extremes.

This is a fully personalized coaching program designed for clients who need structure, accountability, and ongoing guidance to achieve sustainable results.
Your training, habits, and nutrition will be adapted to your lifestyle, schedule, and goals, with regular adjustments based on your progress. This program includes monthly coaching calls, weekly check-ins, technique feedback, and continuous support through the app.
During the first 10 days, we complete an onboarding phase including assessments, goal setting, gym orientation, and program design to ensure your plan is built specifically for you.
Best suited for clients who want consistent support, clear direction, and long-term transformation.

Coaching Personnalisé - Standard
Ce programme est conçu pour les personnes qui ont besoin de structure, de suivi régulier et d'un accompagnement concret pour obtenir des résultats durables.
Ton entraînement, ta nutrition et tes habitudes seront adaptés à ton mode de vie, ton horaire et tes objectifs, avec des ajustements réguliers basés sur ta progression.
Le programme inclut des appels de coaching mensuels, des check-ins hebdomadaires, du feedback technique et un soutien continu via l'application.
Les 10 premiers jours sont dédiés à l'onboarding : analyse corporelle, définition des objectifs, mise en place du plan et introduction avec la nutritionniste.
Tu t'engages sur 3 mois. Si tu choisis de prolonger à 6 mois, la différence de tarif (25 CAD/mois) sera déduite rétroactivement.
