A 12-week online coaching programme for men who want to build strength, lose body fat and train with structure again.
Training is delivered across 4 sessions per week with a strong focus on progressive strength work, supported by conditioning to improve fitness and work capacity.
Nutrition is a key part of the process. Clients are coached on calorie intake, protein targets and simple, repeatable food habits that support fat loss and muscle gain.
Weekly Tuesday check-ins provide accountability, feedback and adjustments throughout the 12 weeks.
