The introductory coaching plan is a transformation and educational package designed for everyone from beginners to your more seasoned gym goers.
The focus with this plan is first and foremost to help you smash your goals and have you on track to looking and feeling your best. So that we can get you stuck in straight away without overwhelming you with trying to figure out how to build out your own meal plans based on calories and macronutrients alone your meal plans will be written for you along with all of your training programs for each phase of your transformation.
During this time both through our conversations and the resources given to you in the app my aim is to also educate you on the basic principles of nutrition so that you have the confidence to take control of your nutrition both during our time together and when you choose to go it alone.
After completing 14 weeks on the Introductory Coaching plan if you wish to continue your transformation together you will have access to the Ongoing Coaching plan where your weekly coaching amount will be reduced and you will be given full control of writing your own meal plans based on the calorie and macronutrient targets set for you based on your body, goal and training.
The Advanced Coaching plan has everything you received as part of the Introductory Coaching plan except you will have macro only nutrition plans instead of having your meal plans written for you.
