Operation Rogue is a programming-only membership for everyday athletes who want to run faster, build real strength, improve endurance, and refine their physique, while actually understanding how to support their training through nutrition, recovery, and mindset.
You train at your own pace, choosing 3–5 sessions per week, including:
- 3 strength & hypertrophy sessions
- 1 high-intensity conditioning session
- 1 Zone 2 conditioning session
Alongside the training, you’ll get full access to the Athletic Aesthetic Education Vault inside the app.
This includes:
- Nutrition structure guides
- Meal guides and calorie calculator

This is not a beginner programme. You’ll need access to a gym.
If you don’t have specific equipment or have limitations, you can swap exercises at your own discretion. If you’re unsure what to replace something with, message me in-app and I’ll point you in the right direction.
