The Signature Fitness program is a full-body training program designed to improve strength, motor skills, metabolism, bone density & cardio-pulmonary fitness. The 12 week program contains four daily workouts with built-in progressions specific to each body part & direction of movement. The Signature Fitness Program can be modified based on ability level, & can be performed with a variety of equipment & types of gym access. Ten minute, weekly check-ins with a coach are included.
