Track your nutrition - better keep track of your meals daily, scan the barcode on your food if available, search them in the system, or manually enter them. The "Nutrition Log" is your guide to more healthy eating, where you can track your calories, protein, carbs, and fat intake with the calculator.
Manual Log / Pre-workouts - manually log your workouts, and/or try some of the pre-made workouts targeting different body parts. Ditch the paper & pen and use the app to log your workouts to keep track of your progress. Everything is data is collected so you can always look back at previous workouts you've completed in the calendar.
Smart Watch Sync - if you have an apple watch, Fitbit, or any type smart watch it can sync to the app. Your smart watch will sync your steps, HRV, resting heart rate, and much more to the app.

The Content Library - the content library is loaded with different content such as nutrition tips, menopause workouts, live do it with me workouts, wellness & recovery exercises, etc.

Custom workouts - the workouts created are designed specially for you. Each workout will challenge you mentally, and physically, so you can reach your goals in no time. Weather the workouts are being updated weekly or bi-weekly they won't ever be the same.
