THIS HYBRID TRAINING PLAN FROM OUR MONTHLY SCULPT PROGRAMS IS FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON FAT LOSS & BODY COMPOSITION. ON THIS PLAN MONTHLY PROGRAMMING BY YOUR COACH WILL GIVE YOU A STRUCTURED PLAN DESIGNED TO PUSH YOUR TRAINING AND HELP YOU LOSE BODY FAT.
ALL MEMBERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR EXCLUSIVE SORELLA ONLINE APP WHICH WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A LIBRARY OF NUTRITION RESOURCES AS WELL AS ALLOW YOU TO TRACK YOUR SESSIONS & PROGRESS.

Must have access to a fully equipped gym. Must also have some experience using barbells for squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts in order to get the most out of this plan.
