The Weekly Coaching Package is for clients who want a higher level of support, accountability, and regular contact throughout their journey.
Each week, we’ll review your progress, training performance, nutrition adherence, bodyweight trends, photos, recovery, sleep, stress, and overall lifestyle. From there, I’ll make the needed changes to your training, food, cardio, steps, or routine to keep you moving in the right direction.
This option is best for clients who want to be held accountable, stay on top of their goals, and have more consistent support along the way.

Fortnightly Coaching Package
The Fortnightly Coaching Package is for clients who want structure and guidance but prefer to move at their own pace.
Every fortnight, we’ll review your progress, training, nutrition, bodyweight trends, recovery, and overall adherence. Based on that, I’ll make any needed adjustments to help keep you progressing without overwhelming you with constant check-ins.
This option is best for clients who are more independent, have a busy schedule, or want solid coaching support while still having more flexibility.
One Time Payment
The One-Off Training & Nutrition Plan is for clients who want a structured plan to follow on their own without ongoing coaching or regular check-ins.
This option is best for clients who want a starting point, a fresh program, or a simple plan to follow without committing to ongoing coaching.
