Welcome to the Stronger Muslim Program by Simonsayssquat LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Our coaching is designed to help Muslims achieve fitness, spiritual health, and overall wellness goals. This is a legally and Islamically binding contract made in consultation with Islamic advisors and legal representatives.

Before proceeding, thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions. If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact a team representative for assistance.

1. Program Overview

The Stronger Muslim Program offers three unique coaching tiers to cater to different levels of support and accountability, helping each participant reach their health and fitness goals while adhering to Islamic principles. Each program provides comprehensive support through personalized plans, accountability, and structured guidance.

These programs—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—replace all previously offered and discontinued programs or services. Any terms, guarantees, or conditions from previous programs are no longer applicable and are now replaced by the terms and structure of the updated Stronger Muslim Program.

Silver Program

Overview: A foundational program that includes structured guidance and weekly support.

• Features:

• Daily Eating & Emotional Eating Plan

• Daily Exercise Plan

• Daily Habit Plan

• Group Calls

• 1-on-1 and Group Chat

• Weekly Accountability Check-ins

• Result Guarantee Option for upfront payment plans (see Section 4 for details)

Gold Program

Overview: A higher-tier program providing increased support and daily accountability.

• Features: Includes everything in the Silver Program, plus:

• Daily Accountability Check-ins

Diamond Program

Overview: The most comprehensive program offering intensive support and a full guarantee on results.

• Features: Includes everything in the Gold Program, plus:

• Refund Guarantee (see Section 4 for details)

• Weekly 1-on-1 Calls

• Highest Priority Access

Disclaimer: Timing of accountability check-ins may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any changes in advance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our community and coaching apps, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms and conditions represent a legally binding agreement between you and Simonsayssquat LLC.

3. Use of the App

Our community and coaching apps are designed to help you achieve your fitness and spiritual health goals. Users must adhere to the rules within the app to create a safe and supportive environment. Failure to comply may result in termination of access without refund, after a warning.

4. Guarantees

We offer two types of guarantees: the Refund Guarantee (Diamond Program) and the Result Guarantee (Silver & Gold Program - Upfront Payment Option).

Refund Guarantee (Diamond Program)

If, after the agreed coaching period (3 months or 6 months), you have not achieved measurable results despite following the program diligently, we will issue a full refund.

Stipulations: To be eligible, you must:

• Log daily habits in the app.

• Complete weekly progress check-ins.

• Follow the daily exercise plan and log each session.

• Follow the daily eating plan and log every meal.

• Attend weekly 1-on-1 calls (missing a call without a valid reason voids the guarantee).

• Answer all messages within 24 hours.

• Follow individual instructions and guidelines provided.

Important: A "valid reason" for missing a call includes emergencies, illness, or prior notice given 24 hours before.

Result Guarantee (Silver & Gold Program - Upfront Payment Option)

For clients in the Silver and Gold Programs who choose the upfront payment option, we offer a Result Guarantee. If you do not achieve measurable results by the end of the program, you will receive free coaching until you do, for a maximum period equal to the initial program duration you signed up for.

Stipulations: You must:

• Log daily habits in the app.

• Complete weekly check-ins.

• Follow the daily exercise plan and log each session.

• Follow the eating plan and log every meal.

• Respond to messages within 24 hours.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will void the Refund or Result Guarantee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Actively participating in scheduled calls and sessions.

• Adhering to the plans and guidelines.

• Maintaining open and regular communication with the team.

• Logging activities and meals as required.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void any guarantees.

6. Referral Program

You can refer others to the Stronger Muslim Program. Once they enroll, you will receive a cash reward based on their program choice:

• Diamond Program Referral: $300

• Gold Program Referral: $200

• Silver Program Referral: $100

Referral payments are processed within 14 days after successful enrollment.

7. Downgrades and Upgrades

Clients on a monthly installment plan can downgrade or upgrade their program tier or duration with written consent from Simon. For upfront payment clients:

• Downgrades: No refunds for completed months. A compensation payment may be required if you downgrade.

• Upgrades: You may upgrade to a higher-tier or longer-duration program by paying the difference in fees. No refunds will be given for completed periods before the upgrade.

8. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, provide one month’s written notice and settle at least 50% of all overdue payments as a cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect once this condition is fully met.

9. Billing and Payment

Payment can be made in full or installments. For installment plans, adhere to the agreed terms. Outstanding payments must be settled before a program can be officially canceled.

10. Deposit Policy

Clients may make a refundable deposit to secure their spot at the agreed price. The deposit remains refundable for 90 days or until the program starts, whichever comes first. Once the program begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Refund Requests: Refund requests for deposits must be made in writing within 90 days of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request.

• Non-refundable Deposits: If the program has not started or the client fails to select a payment option within 90 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

11. Intellectual Property

All material provided in the coaching is proprietary and must not be shared without explicit consent from Simon.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We prioritize your privacy and handle your personal information with care.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation with a representative from Simonsayssquat LLC. Public sharing of disputes may result in legal action for defamation.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, which are legally and Islamically binding. You waive the right to any refund except as outlined in the Refund Guarantee or Result Guarantee. You have the right to request a refund prior to signing this contract. After signing, financial investments are non-refundable.

Final Notes: Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions. Content in our programs is for informational purposes and is not intended to diagnose or replace medical advice.
